Cheesy post ahead

The Internet has opened up a whole new way of learning, we no longer have to delve in to the depths of the library to research a off the wall fact. With the advent of user submitted content, we also don’t have to “ask around” for advice as much anymore. Sites like You Tube provide any students with a whole new source of information particularly when it comes to tutorials.

Lets walk through the average day of a college student and see how You Tube can better our lives.

Your day:

You wake up and stagger to the mirror, turns out over night your stuble turned into a beard. I suppose we should shave.

You take a shower and suddenly realize that you have to dress up today. After putting on those stylish threads you must put on that dreaded tie.

You go leave and then realize you need to cook up some breakfast, lest you starve to death.

Great you are out the door and to your first class, however its terrible. You have learned this already, better bail.

So no more class, now its time to kick back and enjoy yourself, but be sure to pour the beer the right way.

Aw man, one of your buddies had a little too much. Better wake him up.

Wow, another successful day at a quality learning institution just think of all you learned from You Tube.

What’s the point of all this? To show that You Tube is not just 13-year-olds trying to be Johnny Knoxville. There are a lot of high quality tutorials howto’s and educational films that can help just as much as any lecture or textbook.

So the next time you need to be shown something, don’t turn your nose up at You Tube.
