DormDelicious rocks socks
As I was barely hatching the plan to write a “What to bring to college” post, Andrew over at DormDelicious had already beat me to it. DD has a three part series on what to bring, including what NOT to bring, Things You Should Split With Your Roommate and Things you might have forgotten.
Also DD has pictures posted from other students offering decorating ideas. My personal favorite is what user powerplant253 did to their room:
If you keep an eye out for colorful postcards, you can create an intriguing piece of wall art that will grow over the course of the semester and be a nifty reminder of all the cool stuff you’ve done.
